What are the shipping options?
We offer standard shipping, this usually takes 2-7 days, and fast shipping, which usually takes 1-3 days, depending on your location, after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We at INTO THE DEEP take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed. Please note our STORE POLICY for more detailed information.

The most easiest and effecient way to contact us is through email (email@example.com), or if you follow us on Instagram, you can DM us, where we aim to reply back as soon as possible or within 24-48 hours.
How should I care for my INTO THE DEEP shirts and hoodies?
FOR SHIRTS - We recommend that you machine wash cold, avoid bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry medium. INTO THE DEEP recommends hand washing all imprinted products.

How do the sizes run?
As a general rule of thumb, our styles fit true to size.
How often does INTO THE DEEP restock products?
INTO THE DEEP products will be updated year round with new designs and colors with the classic styles mixed in. Some of our limited styles are for a season or two only and will not be restocked.
